• Korean Bangladesh Training Institute (KBTI) has been a beacon of excellence in technical training and recruitment since 1993 under the visionary leadership of Md. Kamal.

• Our journey began as a personal recruitment agency focused on providing expert consulting services for Singapore and the Middle East. In 2004, we expanded our reach and evolved into SK Training Centre, catering to clients in Singapore and Brunei.

• Our ambition to specialize in technical training and workforce development led to the establishment of The Viewtech Marine Training Center in 2008, where we equipped individuals with critical skills for global opportunities.

• In 2024, we rebranded as KBTI, reinforcing our commitment to delivering world-class training programs that prepare individuals for successful careers worldwide. With over 30 years of experience, we have trained more than 15,000 students and facilitated the migration of over 12,000 skilled workers to countries across the globe.

• We assisted them in making careers in industries such as Welding in 3G, 4G, 6G, MIG, TIG 6G, SS, Duplex, Steel Fitting, Mechanical Feeting, Electric Section, Scaffolding, and Painting. At KBTI, safety is at the forefront of our operations. We maintain a CCT surveillance-compatible secure environment, strictly adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

• Our training areas are fully equipped with the necessary safety gear, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and goggles. All trainees undergo thorough safety training before practical sessions, ensuring they are prepared for real-world challenges.

• To further enhance workforce readiness, we offer specialized programs like the ‘Upgrading Training Course’ for experienced workers and the ‘Fresher Training Course’ for newcomers, tailored to meet the needs of foreign employers.

• Our candidates gain valuable hands-on experience through industry-based practical orientation, ensuring they are fully equipped for international job opportunities.
